Welcome to The Cycle Kitchen

Hi, I’m Nevaeh, a highly sensitive woman learning to live in rhythm with my body, my cycle, my breath, and my feminine energy. I’ve walked through hormone chaos, burnout, chronic pain, more identity spirals than I can count, and a whole lot of thoughts that go a little like, “I should be farther along than this” (aka the eldest daughter anthem).

What I’ve learned thus far is this: becoming your dream self, the version of you that you can feel when you close your eyes, isn’t about starting over or fixing yourself. It’s about coming home to you. It’s about learning how to actually feel your emotions instead of running from them, taking responsibility for your life with compassion instead of self-judgment, and choosing to rise with intention when everything in you wants to shut down.

For me, being highly sensitive has meant learning how to hear my body before she starts screaming, and remembering that the emotional side of me isn’t a weakness. It’s my deepest compass. When you learn to listen inward, everything outward begins to shift.

Food has been my crutch since the beginning. I’ve always loved cooking, I leaned on it for comfort, creativity, grounding, and control long before I ever understood hormones or cycle syncing.

Over time, I realized that if food was already a tool I instinctively reached for, I could learn how to use it with more intention. Figuring out how to nourish my body in a way that actually supports my hormones, steadies my energy, and helps me heal has been a huge part of my journey (and it’s a big part of what I share here).

This space is for the woman building her dream self from the inside out. The woman who wants to feel good in her body, feel grounded in her emotions, feel safe taking up space, and finally stop guessing what her hormones are doing every week. It’s for the woman who loves food, loves fueling her body, and is ready to decode the language of her cycle.

Inside you’ll find:

  • The Cycle Kitchen recipes — Hormone-supportive meals and seed-cycling staples for every phase of your cycle, simple, grounding, recipes meant to help you feel good in your body without overthinking food.

  • Twenty Ways to Wander (Podcast) + The Meditation Station — Conversations on growth, self-trust, spirituality, and our cyclical nature as women, paired with a library of meditations, breathwork, and nervous-system resets (with most meditations living in the paid tier).

  • Hormone education + cycle-syncing guides — Clear guides on seed cycling, cycle syncing, phase-by-phase support, and the rituals that help you live more cyclically.

I can help you…

If you’re feeling disconnected from your body…
If your cycle feels confusing or overwhelming…
If you’re constantly Googling your symptoms (we’ve all been there)…
If you’ve been told you’re “too sensitive” or “too emotional”…
If you’re ready to heal your hormones through nourishment, practices, and intention…If you push down your feelings because you’ve never learned how to hold them…
If you’re ready to reclaim your power and step into the fullness of you

I believe growth isn’t about doing more, it’s about being with yourself more deeply.
If you’re wandering your way through your twenties (or any season of life), I hope this little corner of the internet feels like a safe place to land. You are the creator of your reality and my work is here to help you build a life that actually feels good, not just looks good.

I’m sooooo glad you’re here. Subscribe below to wander with me. 😉
