The Cycle Kitchen: Pumpkin Coffee Smoothie
A cozy protein-packed smoothie for steady energy
Why I Love This
Pumpkin spice season has a chokehold on me, and I’m not ashamed to admit it. But instead of the sugar-loaded latte, this smoothie has become my go-to way to get that cozy fall flavor while actually supporting my body.
It’s protein-packed, fiber-friendly, and balanced with healthy fats, so it fuels my morning instead of sending me on a blood sugar rollercoaster. I love it on busy mornings when I want something quick that doubles as coffee and breakfast.
Hormone-Supportive Benefits
Pumpkin isn’t just for lattes; it’s rich in vitamin A, fiber, and minerals that support hormone balance and digestion. Pair that with chia seeds (fiber + omega-3s for steady energy) and protein (for blood sugar and hormone production), and you’ve got a drink that hits the craving and supports your follicular phase when energy is naturally on the rise.
