Homemade Grape Sorbet
A refreshing dessert for ovulation
Before you throw away those grapes that are about to go bad in the fridge… pause. Because those grapes are actually about to become the easiest little dessert ever.
Instead of tossing them, throw them straight into the freezer. Frozen grapes are the secret to this ridiculously simple two-ingredient sorbet.
Honestly ladies, I have to give credit where credit is due, this was my boyfriend’s idea. He suggested blending frozen grapes with lemon juice and I was a little skeptical… but it turned into the most refreshing, naturally sweet sorbet.
Light, icy, a little tangy, and perfect for when you want something sweet that doesn’t feel heavy. Let’s make it!

Cycle Kitchen Notes
During ovulation, estrogen is at its peak and many of us naturally crave foods that feel fresh, juicy, and lighter. Fruit-forward desserts can be a great fit during this phase because they satisfy a sweet craving without feeling overly heavy!
Sometimes cycle syncing isn’t about complicated recipes, it’s about simple little shifts like this that work with how your body feels.
This grape sorbet was actually one of the recipes included in my Cycle Syncing Meal Prep 04 over on the paid tier of my Substack.
Each week I send out a full phase-based prep with hormone-supportive recipes designed to make eating with your cycle simple and realistic. If you want the next prep sent straight to your inbox, you can join us inside the paid tier of The Cycle Kitchen!
With all my juicy love,
