The follicular phase is where I really focus on lean proteins, fiber-rich foods, colorful + cruciferous veggies, and gut-supportive meals.
As estrogen starts to rise, I naturally gravitate toward foods that feel fresher and a little lighter… but still packed with the nutrients my body actually needs.
